The "garbage" that you see is integral to the functioning of DateBk5 (and to another, similar program called Agendus). This information is what allows DateBk5 to store information about items that is not natively handled in the Palm OS. If you erase it, you will destroy much of the functionality DateBk5. DateBk5 was designed to allow people to do more with the limited database capabilities of Palm OS 3 - 5. It seems that Palm OS 6 may introduce far more capacity, and I understand that a new version of DateBk5 is being created for that OS. Perhaps it will not require the "garbage," depending on what the new Palm OS can actually do. We'll have to see. For a far better and much more detailed explanation of this phenomenon, check out the DateBk5 mailing list on Yahoo groups called pimlicodatebk. It has nearly 11,000 members and is very active. -- Bruce ____________________________________________________ B R U C E K. klutch-at-erols.com -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
