Are you guys saying that the problem was resolved when you remove the 77 fonts?

Appearance only, that is, instead of the font generally used for display by another program, that program used one of the fonts installed by the Entourage First Run program. The font substitution occurred in what looks like a graphical display, but may be a combination of graphical symbols and font characters. The substitution results in a poor visual image. If the "offending" font (Cooper Black) installed by Entourage First Run is disabled, then another of the First Run fonts is used instead. I am guessing that the program uses something other than a font name to choose its font.
