I just can't seem to send to the group Thanks for your response. Now we did put back the identity but it still did not work. I know about the OFFICEPID but I don't think that we can get the number from that at all

I think there's an invisible file in the Office subfolder that contains PK info, but nothing in the Identity folder does. It's probably a fail-safe when there is no Identity folder whatsoever - Entourage must think you're installing for the first time and asks for the Product Key.
