Reminds me of a guideline from Tognazzini's "Tog on Interface" book: "Interpret user's responses consistently: Macintosh users expect the Delete key in every text editor they ever come across to delete the last character from the screen ..." Unfortunately, Word has set up the expectation that Command-Delete will delete the word to the left of the cursor. I do find it a tad dangerous that a recoverable command from Word is interpreted by Entourage to perform an unrecoverable deletion of the message that I'm composing. It doesn't even warn me, or put it into the Deleted Items folder, it's just gone for good. -- Sherman -- To unsubscribe: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> archives: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.letterrip.com/> old-archive: <http://www.mail-archive.com/entourage-talk%40lists.boingo.com/>
