I'm finding they aren't working together. I host my clients mail on my server. The same server I use for my own and a bunch of other domains. We did the switch last weekend, and they've been complaining of errors ever since.

The Switch? I'm assuming you mean upgrading to Entourage 2004?

After verifying that everything is set up properly, I still wasn't able to get a consistent good connection from either location.

What kind of connection are you talking about? IMAP? SMTP? Over what ports? Secure or not?


But using Apple's Mail, the problems disappear.

Understably this is very frustrating.

This same problem is occurring on both client's computers, and when I brought my machine onto their network, my Entourage started complaining just like theirs was.

Have you changed server software? Has your service provider changed anything? Are you able to access everything from Mail.app like they were able to? I think a few more details would go a long way in solving this.
