To whom? To the end-user who has to use OWA to set their Out of Office
message or get a PC user to book a meeting room? To the IT Director who has
to grovel like this:

"I do apologize to our Mac users that the product is not as strong as the

In context, those two statements aren't conflicting at all. E'rage is a big
app - MS can easily be coy about their plans for Exchange integration and,
at the same time, more forthcoming on other aspects.
