I have seen Entourage '04 completely forget how to use ALL command keys.  I
hit a command key, I think I see the menu flicker, and then... Nothing
happens.  Choosing the same command from the menu works.

Quit & re-launch is the only thing that cures it.  No other apps have ever
had this problem, and Entourage X never did either.

FWIW, I have also seen the "Entourage becomes unresponsive for several
minutes" problem as well.  I'm not running any kooky extensions.  Just a
cleanish 10.3.4 install.
