FWIW, I occasionally receive an email that appears invisible, in my Inbox, in Mailsmith. (I use Entourage for some things, and Mailsmith for some things.) I do not believe this is an Entourage problem. In every case so far, the "invisible" items have been marked as spam by SpamSieve.
