Is it assumed that the PowerBook has Bluetooth? If so, Paul's procedure will work great provided the person is comfortable with iSync - while Apple doesn't list the P910i as supported, a quick Google suggests that it does work. To just dump Entourage's address book onto the phone (which may be a temporary fix), they could also drag and drop addresses from Entourage into the Finder and send the resulting vCards to the phone with Apple's Bluetooth File Exchange utility.
