Check Tools | Rules | Mail (POP) for any rule containing criterion "Is junk-email". If you do, alter or delete it. If you have both an explicit rule there, and Tools | Junk E-mail Protection ... set to anything other than None, in my experience Entourage 2004 becomes confused and ends up letting junk through.
