I heard they were going to incorporate Spotlight into the next version of Office. That's a good thing. I'll be happy to use it. Although I'm not sure how much speed an increase it will be since Entourage keeps all your mail in one file - a VERY BAD thing to do. One file gets nuked, and your mail is all lost. And massive files! And it locks you into Entourage much more effectively than if individual folders were mbox.
If it weren't for a great little program called Entourage Email Archive, I would not use Entourage at home, period. Having my email in a Filemaker database might not be the best way to go, but it sure beats losing everything. So, what hope do we have that maybe in the next version of Office they'll go back to an mbox format?
