Your wording is leaving me confused as to exactly what you mean but I think you're saying you have the same issue I do which is when you go to a folder, the folder picks some spot in the middle of the folder (or in one case of mine, the bottom) to display rather than the top. I find it annoying and it's been brought up here before with the experts saying it shouldn't happen but it does and no solution has been brought forward. For me, it happens with my Inbox and another folder than I have certain mailing list mail directed to.
