That's what it sounds like to me. I have also brought it up on this list and gotten no solution. Only certain folders exhibit this behavior (thankfully, it is not my Sent Items folder, or I might go insane). If anyone can find a solution to this issue, I'll buy them a 12-pack (of Coke).
