Roger, I'm not quite clear on your problem, but we have found that when you
have an Exchange account defined in Entourage 2004, at least with
11.1-11.2.1 (haven't retested this again with 11.2.3), only your Exchange
calendar and contacts will sync to Palm devices.

I've found this to be true with Palm Desktop 4.x for customers, as well as
with Missing Sync 4, which I use personally. Both, of course, use the same
Entourage conduit.

Therefore, to get items onto your Palm, I'd recommend putting all
calendar/contacts that need to be synchronized to your Treo into your
Exchange account. I'm not aware of a way to switch so that your local items
will sync -- or a default way that you can get both local and Exchange items
to sync.

If you used e2Sync (an iSync / Sync Services conduit) and Missing Sync 5
(which also using Sync Services), you could get both local and Exchange data
to merge, I suppose. E2Sync appears to sync all data in Entourage, whether
it's local, in your Exchange account, or even in others' shared Exchange
accounts (I personally find this latter point to be a drawback, as I have a
number of shared calendars I access). E2Sync would actually be merging your
Entourage data into the Sync Services truth database.
