Hi

My wife is running Entourage 11.4.0 on a G4 Titanium PowerBook 1GHz with
512Mb RAM under Mac OS 10.5.5.

As a Mac consultant I'm not doing my ego much good in failing to get rid of
an annoying problem.

No matter how many times we completely rebuild the database, we still get
'Your database is damaged' notifications, even immediately after a full
rebuild. The database is just under 1Gb, so not large, although we deleted
a whole load of attachments from Sent and Received to bring it down from 2Gb
when the problem first started. There is over 40Gb of space on the HD

I keep the computer up to scratch with fortnightly permissions rebuild, and
especially before and after either an Apple or Office update. I've also run
DiskWarrior, OnyX and AppleJack (all latest 10.5 compatible versions) but
they have no effect.

Depending on your answers the next thing I'm going to try is rebuilding the
database on another computer and swapping it back, or exporting the Address
Book and making Mbox files of all her folders, and then importing these into
a new Identity. I'd rather find out what is going wrong and fix it on the
original database so all her received dates don't get reset in the process.

Any ideas?
