James, Very nice report. Hollies are interesting to read about because they are not native to this area of PA. I know of them all my life as tiny shrubs. We had one growing along the back of my house. After I became really interested in trees, it was a trip to a section of the Great Dismal Swamp that the tree sized Hollies really jumped out at me as neat trees.
