Setahu saya, proses pencarian orang untuk posisi ini sudah diusahakan secara seterbuka mungkin. Sepanjang pengetahuan saya, tidak ada maksud untuk hanya menjaring CV sebanyak mungkin. Saya paham kekhawatiran anda karena memang kadang-kadang terjadi kecenderungan bahwa lembaga dana atau institusi memang sudah mempunyai calon kuat, namun karena tuntutan proses, maka harus diiklankan terlebih dahulu. Tapi, untuk kasus ini, saya rasa kita perlu melihat lebih dekat. Kalau saya punya informasi lebih lanjut lagi, saya akan senang untuk mendiskusikannya dengan anda.
