community-based ecotourism project in Pulau Bintan under the DFID Tourism

1. Micro-Enterprise/Community Enterprise Development Specialist
Qualifications:
National or International
Degree in Social Sciences, Business Economics
8-10 years of practical experience in the fields of rural community and
enterprise development. Focus is on practical training of local communities
to set up their own micro-enterprises
Practical ecotourism planning and training experience of advantage
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written)
25 manmonths during a 3-year project period,
US$ 100.00 /day, plus accommodation and travel allowances to Pulau Bintan
2. Community Organisers (2x)
Qualifications:
National
Degree in Social Sciences
3-5 years of practical experience in the fields of community development,
community organisation and conflict management.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written)
30 to 36 manmonths, based in Pulau Bintan
US$ 500.00 /month, plus accommodation and travel allowances
