EOS Extension Tubes - Canon vs Kenko.

I'm looking for a way of making my 100-400 lens focus a little closer, 
something like 4 feet instead of 6 feet.

Kenko sells individual extension tubes in 12mm and 25mm and also a three 
tube set consisting of  12mm, 20mm and 36mm. tubes.

Are these Kenko tubes as good as the 12mm and 25mm ones sold by Canon?
