Hi Kim, You are not the first and I guess the last to be asked to loan
your equipment.
No excuses, just be firm and say, sorry I do not loan my equipment. You
will find it hard the first time but I can assure you it gets easier.
A lot of people only think of it as (only) a camera and not realizing the
dollar amount you have invested.
Like you and many others this is my personal (toys) or property and like
most of us, have invested a lot of money in acquiring our equipment.
