I was reading photo.net, and found the following:

<If 70-200L means 2.8L, keep your zoom and add 85/1.8 OR replace it by
70-200/2.8L IS, this would be best solution, because 70-200/2.8 @2.8 is
sharper
than [EMAIL PROTECTED], add IS, zoom possibility, longer reach and hou have what
you
need..>

particularly the 70-200/2.8 @2.8 is sharper than [EMAIL PROTECTED] part. I find it
hard to believe (though not impossiblke) that a wide open zoom is sharper
than wide open prime. 

what do you think?
