I second that! So far I've not ever seen a Canon manual contain wrong
information. True, the lens manuals (the folded leaflets) should be better
(just because of the price of the lens). But all the camera manuals I've
seen have been great. Some things could have been explained with a few
more words, but if you think about them a little, you'll notice that
everything that needs to be said is said.
But on the other hand, I've heard that the Magic L has even had incorrect
information in them. The camera manual is a manual for the camera, not a
photography guide. That's another much thicker book.
Or maybe I should buy more Canon cameras to see the bad manuals.... but
I'm affraid that'll have to wait untill EOS-3D (with Faveon RGB-CCD -
which looks very promising...)
