If these are your needs, then go with the 3. Its autofocusing system is way better than the 1's (and I'm not talking about eye-control), because it works better in dim lighting and it's the only (although I may be wrong about the "only" part) autofocus system that can work with lenses as slow as f/8 ! (just with the center focusing point, though) > Loudness might be a consideration if there is a difference.
