Oh Fed-Ex do as well. I ordered a lens from B&H and was given the wrong Fed-Ex number by B&H, when I checked the Fed-Ex web site every day a new 'virtual' scan would appear but no lens. I got onto the local Fed-Ex office and they asked me to check with B&H that the tracking number could be incorrect. B&H reiterated that it was the correct number. Finally I rang a B&H number for tracking packages and it gave me a different tracking number to the one I received by email. Anyway to cut a story short, I eventually found my package without any apology or explanation from B&H.
