Not too long ago, there was a discussion about the
Tamron 28-75mm f2.8.  This does indeed look
interesting, as does the Sigma 24-70.  Taking a close
look at them, however, I notice one problem that I
think is a deal killer, for me.

What's that, you ask?  The zoom ring on both rotates
in the opposite direction of my Canon zooms.  I think
it would drive me nuts.  Currently, I don't have to
think about which way to zoom--my hand just does it
automatically.  With one lens rotating "backwards" I
think I'd always be going back and forth.

What's the wisdom of the list say:  Do those of you
with some lense zooming one way and some zooming the
other have any issues with it?
