It doesn't matter where you're from. If you walk in to buy something you have to pay the New York state tax, which is 8.25%. Other more people friendly states have lower taxes. If you buy fdrom out of state you pay no taxes. If you buy from another country you don't pay taxes either. The ship to address is what matters. Javier
