Yes, and on the surface it's appealing. But it's not an EX lens and, like all 28-200s, I suspect it compromises image quality more than I would like. What I'm looking for shouldn't be that hard: 16 (or 17) to 60mm, f2.8 to 4. APS-C sized sensor coverage.
