That's assured. Pressurized air or one of these Rocketship blowers will just whirl the dust specks around in your camera. I can recommend using statically charged (and that ist done with moving air, but well outside the camera) brushes like Visible Dust's for removing (most of) the dust from the sensor, though they are outrageously overpriced.
