For starters I would say that you have a very good camera, wish I had a
reason to get one to replace my 20D but------
Secondly, study the manual and don't be afraid to ask questions here.
Then get some BIG CF cards when you can. I wouldn't get anything
smaller tha 4G...... Depending on the type of photgraphy you are into
you might not need the 133X versions, the slower CF cards are good for a
most applications other than sports.
Next, and equally as important, get an extra battery. I don't think it
is necessary to buy Canon batteries since the aftermarket batteries I
have work just as well at a much smaller price. I bought some 'DIGITAL
concepts' CB-511 (7.4V 1500mAH) via eBay and have been pleased with
them. The Canon charger recharges them just fine.
Then go take pictures.......
