I have not moved my licence yet, but did install the other MS licence on my 
laptop running win7 64bit as an experiment and later got the same message from 
memory.
 As I recall, I managed to solve the problem by going to Control Panel/System 
and Security/User  Account Control Settings/ and moving the slider to 'never 
notify'.
 I guess there may be security issues in doing it that way, but that's the only 
way I could see around it.
 If you find another way, please let us know.
