[EquisMetaStock Group] Comparison the Open of the Day with intraday Close

Hi all 

 I'm trying to code following Problem "Comparison the Open of the Day with an 
intraday Close"
 e.g. to compare the first Open of the Day with following  intraday Closes, say 
as an example Close at 2 pm.
 I don't get it right to code; may be to many trees to see the forest...
