Has anyone considered or explored the concept of a deconstructed ATR? I have used a deconstructed ATR formula which can be used on a one day basis rather than the typical 14 days used. I consider this superior if only because this overcomes the typical variance in the best number of days that a system test usually reveals. My concept was loosely based on the idea behind the mass index except that it uses a multiple of days rather than one day with my deconstructed ATR.
