With some of the C75s (even converted to 85s) you can use the original style short spark plugs and the associated leads set up.  These are like little cans that go over the plugs, not sure of their efficiency.  The newer plugs/leads combo are higher, so the "bumps" are necessary for clearance.

Why do some Coupes have two bumps on the cowling to accommodate the tops of the spark plugs and some don't?
