Paul I have own a number of aircraft over the years including a 415D and presently a Alon A2 (W / rudder pedels ) I like having the rudder pedels especally if your just learning because it allows you to learn to fly in a manner that is applicable in all other types of aircraft. My method of findind an ercoupe was to get the FAA regestery list and mail a card to all owners in the US. You would be surprised the number of responses. I found a plane I bought last year within 100 miles of home in VA.
