Anybody flying around San Francisco or L.A. this
weekend , watch out , the president's safety relies on you NOT flying
there.
So don't fly there. I wonder how they enforce the
30 mile safety zone on the ground?
Maybe all Freeways will be closed. I also wonder
how much more freedom has to be taken away until we understand what's at
risk.
These days we are facing arbitrary no fly zones. I
bet next year we will learn about the "safe fly zones", which will be dedicated
corridors for VFR flights. A year later we will fly in these corridors only,
anywhere else will be restricted area. And you call the then privatized ATC for
permission to deviate to your Home airport....

Problem is, the 'me' society has
now got itself elected President and
figures that his vacations and visits
are more important than people's
lives and livelihoods.
If I lived
around Crawford, I'd probably be about as thrilled as the Dixie
Chicks.
There goes the neighborhood...
