Aint that a hideous thing the call a mount!  When I originally built the
rams horn mounting for my GPS 90.  I completely dissected the mount that
came with the unit and reconstructed a hinged affair out of the parts left
over.  It was about three pounds lighter and it mounted pretty flush into
the control wheel.
