That certainly could be a possibility, Richard. But it only makes sense to me that if corrosion was a problem in 94, that it still is a problem almost 10 years later. I agree with Pete. If there is a hole that can be looked in to, one should look in it during the annual. Reported corrosion problems in the past just add more reason to look.
