Percy explains it perfectly.
I have had to spend some time and money on the 415C I bought 5 months ago, so
yes, it is a kind of on going "project".
However, in that time I have logged more than 25 hours of dual time, and more
than 10 hours solo, and I am planning to do my sport pilot check ride by mid
January.
A brand new sport plane costs like a minumum of $ 70,000 (which I can't
afford), so I am still well ahead and have no regrets whatsoever.
