It seems to me that a fast speed at altitude, will equate to an even faster 
speed at std. sea level conditions using the ISA assumptions.Yet, I've seen 
claims, for LSA compliant planes, that go the other way (e.g. 138 mph at std. 
sea level and much faster at altitude). Is this reasonable, and more 
importantly LSA compliant?
