Basically, it looks like you are paying a $25 landing fee.  I'm not against
that.

$75 gets you:
        Landing + 1 hr tour ($25)
        Admission tickets x2 ($25 x 2 = $50)

Of course, those flying in by themselves are paying for a ticket they aren't
going to use.  That ticket could be given/sold to someone else driving in or
if someone has more than 2 people in their plane (say a C172 with 3 or 4
people?).

My first question is, do we have 10 planes at least?

Perhaps they will make an exception in our case as we are a unique antique
plane that seats only two?  I'd be willing to let them advertise our fly-in
to draw a crowd if that'd help the cause.

We offer two programs for your consideration. Fantasy of Flight requires a
minimum of ten (10) airplanes to qualify for our Fly-In Programs.

Fantasy of Flight is a private airfield. Permission to land at Fantasy of
Flight is mandatory and will be granted only by following the guidelines
below. Fantasy of Flight reserves the right to refuse permission to land to
any person who does not follow the guidelines, conducts their flying
activities in an unsafe manner, is discourteous to our neighbors and guests,
or causes any reason for concern to Fantasy of Flight. Fantasy of Flight
takes pride in being a good neighbor, therefore "Fly-By's" are not permitted
at Fantasy of Flight.
