Hey man, up here in Northern Alberta we wouldn't call that anything but PURE HEAVEN. It sure beats freezing for 6 months every year.

If you like it hot, come to San Antonio Texas. Not to
make some of you feel bad, but our open T hangars are
$75 and a new enclosed condo hangar $200 or buy for
$35,000 with water and electric at 8T8, 15 miles west
of SA International. I bought an older condo for
about $20K--restoring the Coupe and keep my flying
Piper Colt in it. But it is HOT... John
