For some time I've read with interest the debate on the snubber cable so-called. It occurred to me today to have a close look at a high resolution photograph taking of me landing and what the nose gear was doing. It looks to me that it is at about the right length for a normal landing - much longer might have it (nose wheel) arriving first (not good in a cross wind, I would imagine). 1st image, obvious; 2nd image shows the cable extended. So, to those who eschew that cable, what's wrong with these pictures? This inquiring mind wants to know.

........the "system" barfed back my email owing to the little jpegs attached. Like the fellow with the elevator cracks, I will attempt an end-run and send the images immediately after this, one at a time. I will await your comments with baited breathe (worms on the tongue).
