Ooops: I cc'd the Tech list on the message below when I think the original
post came from the Fly-In list, so I'm cross-posting. Sorry -

Jack, Tom and All --
I am not sure if doing as you ask would be all right; 1946 is not old enough
to be for-sure-free of copyright. But I think we have some practicing
attorneys on the list; perhaps they could advise?
John Cooper (Skyport) was going to compare it to the one that he sells, so
maybe he can post if it is anything more or different than the one you can
readily get from him?

Hello Linda
If you can scan the document and send as a PDF that would be wonderful. If
you do not have that capability, I would be happy to scan and PDF the
document for all to enjoy. I can send you my address if you want to send a
photocopy.

I have a photocopy of an "Instruction Manual" dated June, 1946, for my Oct.
1946 Ercoupe. I gave John at Skyport a copy of it. The first 21 of its 35
pages are (I think) the closest thing to a POH that we have; the rest of the
pages are dealers' addresses.
