[ercoupe-flyin] Performance data

Hello all, 
Im familiar with the Ercoupe, though I havent ever been able to find a
takeoff distance, and takeoff over a 50 foot obstacle distance listed.
Im thinking of getting a coupe and keeping it at home, though Ive
heard they love the ground. I have 1500' of slightly downhill open
area, with trees at the bottom of the hill. From what I can gather,
this would be abit short for a coupe. From yalls experience, how long
does the coupe like to stay on the groud?
