Skip is "overseen" by the regional directors who have a meeting at the National Convention once a year and occasionally "meet" by phone conference call. The club is audited annually and the audit report is provided to the directors. Some of the Regional directors are also forum members though some of them may only be members of tech. I think Skip monitors the forum(s) but he rarely posts. You may get his attention with this discussion.
