I think we need solidarity & cohesion - I think the operators of EOC
should get with the program and pay attention to the internet group -
I'm also Pres. of the Quonset Aero Club and since I started it in 1993
(that's how I got my PP), our deal has evolved. Early on we had well
attended meetings - as time ground by, we found we were doing most of
our business via email and once I was alone at a monthly meeting. Now
we meet as needed, typically once or twice a year.
1) What could this ramble have to do with EOC? This: Pub. "Coupe
Capers" on line (paper optional) {EVERYONE can read PDF - it's free!}.
2) vehemently request (require) the nominal EOC dues, perhaps somewhat
reduced dues if paper / mailing costs dropped (membership required for
registration at a fly-in, for example). The "Club" already has
de-facto moved to the internet and it is terribly counterproductive if
we not combine our small forces. Let's pull together!!
