I am an owner ( 94175 ) .She is worth $ 22,000 but it would take twice that
to buy it. Flying for 40 years, all types.Do all my own work,trust my work
better than others.
Dave , first it was good to hear that a group is devoted to Vega's .,
never had one but always had a place in my heart for one. You are right about
some mundane threads going on forever. That is why I had it removed from my
E-mail. At the same time......Those same guys are extremely knowledgable about
Coupes and are willing to share with us all.I cant begin to thank the members
of this forum for all their help. Sometimes they just get carried away with the
debate.

On a tech note, I was hoping for one of those "just add water " answers
about repairing my header tank. It was suggested I use pro-seal and I will if
the tank is too much of a booger to remove. I would rather it be welded. The
worst part of any repair is the down time. I sure want to fly her !
I purchased a 0-150 ASI to replace my old 160 that was 35 MPH off. I rebuilt
my old wet compass as well.It is so gratifying to do little things to my coupe.
I miss by 210 centurion but am thankful for every moment with my coupe. Thanks
