  Looks like this may also be a way to go even with the side panels. You have 
the plane thru at least Monday as I wil lbe going to the MRB airshow on Sat and 
Sun/Mon family get togethers.

    When I was doing my windows, I noticed in a prior life the side panels were 
just vinyl glued directly to the inner "window protector" aluminum panels. I 
removed the vinyl since it was just making weight. The Airtex panels seem to be 
rigid enough that fastening at the top and front and back ends with contact 
cement seems quite adequate. In fact if I recall correctly, the seat frame 
actually holds in the rear of the panel without need for adhesive.
