Once more we need your help. ESN Int. Board is
preparing the application for EC grants.
We are talking about 30'000 Euro that we will ask. This
is serious, the whole application is very well
justified.
Everything is ready and we fit a 100% in the EC
conditions for the grants.
Only one thing is left, we need a proof of legal
registration. See what they
expect:
�
the legal entity sheet duly signed by the person
authorised to enter into legally binding commitments on behalf of the applicant
organisation. A copy of any official
document showing the legal entity�s name and address and the registration number
given to it by the national authorities should be joined to this sheet, as
well as a copy of the VAT registration
document if applicable and if the VAT number does not appear on the official
document referred above. All the legal entity sheets are available at the page

link one can download a document that has to be filled out by office that can
proof our legal registration.
We have serious
troubles to get this proof, since everywhere we are/were registred is seems to
be no more possible to get this simple paper :-(
we are trying in
Copenhagen, Utrecht and even try to register now in Brussels. If anybody knows
anything about legal registration of ESN or if in your country ESN is legaly
registred as the national network please follow the instructions in the box
below and send me whatever possible by post to my adresse below. Of course they
normally want ESN Int. registration but in case we can send them 2 or 3 proofs
of legal registrations of ESN countries it would already be
great.
So in case you think
that you can help us anyhow for this, please contact me immdediatly, don't
hesitate to call me or offices or whatever necessairy to get this thing done,
you will be refunded.
I need to send the
registration by 25 of December 2004, so I need it before!!
