Dearly beloved ESN member, we are approaching the AGM, and we are overwhelmed with stress. Or not. Anyway, following this great yearly tradition we will award the best section of the year with a adequate prize. This mail serves only one purpose: to tell you what you have to do to become the "numero uno" in everyone's memory for the next 12 months. The workgroup agreed that there will be several specifications for the section to be considered as a good applicant. Here they are (looking nice and official):
1. breathing out the spirit of ESN by reaching out to exchange students 2. organisation of an international ESN activity 3. the success of this activity 4. a letter of the university where they say how proud they are of you :) And then some pointers that will make the decision of the jury easier: 1. a fantastic website 2. presence at international events 3. organisation of special international events 4. improving the ESN relations within your own country, or improving the country Now, first of all, you need to send an email with your application to [EMAIL PROTECTED] , telling us exactly why you deserve the award. Deadline for the application : 1st of March. Later, at the AGM, we will ask you to present it as well. A carefully selected jury will then make their unbiased decision.
